Utilizing 1.5-5 hp Copeland Scroll™ ZSKA refrigeration compressor, FFAP Series is compatible with variety of refrigerants including R-404A, R-134a, R-407C, and R-22. Instead of traditional mechanical control, unit features electronic unit controller, which optimizes accuracy and diagnostics. Evaporator operating temperature of -30 to 45°F allows FFAP Series to be used with applications ranging from floral shops to convenience stores and retail establishments.

With internal hydraulic compressor drive that requires flow of 8 gpm at 1,200-1500 psi, Model 3110 condenser unit for work equipment can be paired with wide variety of in-cab air conditioners and heater components. It is rated at 24,000 BTU/hr and features formed and welded steel construction, powder coating, and fully hydraulic component isolation. Optional equipment includes diesel fired coolant heater and variety of cab air filtration and pressurization systems.
Condensing Unit is available in 1.5-18 kW versions.

Incorporating energy-efficient hermetic compressors and condenser coils with energy-efficient Zeil-EBM fan, Hawco Extra Cold is available for R404a refrigerant across high, medium, and low temperature ranges. It can be directly balanced with Lu-Ve Contardo SHC and SHA evaporators. Available in 50-140 ton capacities, R-410A condensing units feature average EER of 10.6 that exceeds ASHRAE 90.1-2010 requirements. All-aluminum, microchannel condensers help extend product life, and all-aluminum construction eliminates galvanic corrosion. If leak occurs, only lost refrigerant must be replaced. Split system air handling units are also available.

Coils are manufactured from tube materials consisting of copper, 90/10 cupronickel, SS, or carbon steel. Steam Coils have standard steam and steam distributing coils. Also available are industrial HVAC heating and cooling air-handling coils and plate fin, helical fin, L-footed, and solder-bonded air coils with 3/8-1 in. OD tubing for steam and water applications. Econo Line shell and tube heat exchangers, 4-30 in., are offered in steam-to-liquid or liquid-to-liquid styles.

Liebert TCDV air-cooled, direct-drive refrigeration condenser, suited for cooling systems with dual refrigeration circuits, features variable-frequency drive that controls speed of primary fan based on refrigerant pressure variations. Pressure control can be maintained for outdoor ambient temperatures as low as -20°F, and unit can respond to changes as small as ±1°F and ±1% RH. Condenser also features transient voltage surge suppression to protect electronics.
Boilers and Water Heaters operate on natural gas or propane.

KC1000 high-efficiency boilers and water heaters support sealed combustion in all climates and can be configured to support dual fuel applications. Using natural gas, 78 x 22 x 57 in. units maintain low NOx emissions over entire 11:1 operating range, and can be used in single unit or modular arrangements. One million BTU/hr condensing units feature control software that integrates with BAS/EMS systems and can be accessed remotely.

Prop fan, constructed of glass reinforced polypropylene, pulls air through top of unit instead of pushing air out. Condensers have nominal capacity of 50 to 340 tons while Fluid Coolers range from 19 to 130 tons and can accept water temperatures up to 150 deg F. All units come with 304 stainless steel sump pans and access doors.
