Original Press Release:

New Vibration Isolation Work Surfaces Offer Twice As Many Mounting Holes

BOSTON, MA - Vibration-damping tabletops, benchtop platforms, and breadboards from Kinetic Systems are now available with more mounting holes, tapped at ½" intervals in rows 1" apart (¼-20 or M6 thread). Designated MaxxAlign(TM), this new design provides greater precision for mounting vibration-sensitive instruments. An option to the standard pattern of holes tapped on 1" centers, MaxxAlign allows the user to take complete advantage of the Kinetic Systems patented SPILLPRUF(TM) technology.

The MaxxAlign feature adds still more versatility to Kinetic Systems' extensive line of vibration isolation products. Kinetic Systems offers vibration isolation solutions for light, personal, midrange, and heavy load configurations. Breadboards and "BenchMates" are portable units. Personal workstations are compact and designed for use in small labs and other tight spaces and will accommodate loads to 440 lbs. Midrange models provide more spacious work surfaces and will easily control loads to 2000 lbs. Heavy-load models will accommodate loads over 20,000 lbs. Stainless steel models meet Class One cleanroom standards, while others are built for Class 10 or 100. For added comfort, or for workstations shared with others, variable-height models ensure a comfortable, ergonomically correct working level for each user. Any model can be equipped with a variety of tabletops, with or without mounting holes, to match specific application requirements. All of these Kinetic Systems products are now available with the MaxxAlign hole pattern option.
