New Corr-Paint CP4040 High Temp White Coating Now Available

SUMMARY
Corr-Paint(TM) CP4040, a new high temperature, white-pigmented coating developed by Aremco Products, Inc., is rated for applications to 1100 °F (593 °C) and is now used as a reflective coating on high temperature UV lamps.
FEATURES
Aremco's Corr-Paint(TM) CP4040 is a single part, white-pigmented, silicone based, water-dispersible coating system rated for OEM and MRO applications to 1100 °F (593 °C). It is now used as a reflective coating for UV lamps used in tanning booths.
Corr-Paint(TM) CP4040 demonstrates excellent adhesion to glass, quartz, ceramic, and sandblasted as well as marginally prepared metal surfaces. It dries rapidly at room temperature and cures easily as the coated component is ramped up to its operating temperature. The resultant coating is color stable at high temperatures and resistant to oxidation, ultraviolet light, humidity, and salt spray.
Corr-Paint(TM) CP4040 is applied easily using conventional pneumatic spray equipment, brush or roller. Although sandblasting of metals is recommended, CP4040 can be applied to relatively smooth surfaces or directly to rusted surfaces found in many maintenance and repair applications.
In addition to the coating of UV lamps, Corr-Paint(TM) CP4040 can be used to provide corrosion protection on heat exchangers, crackers, reformers, exhaust ducting, and other structures that experience high temperature oxidation and corrosion due to condensation products.
