The typical cleanroom staff spends countless hours a month cleaning and disinfecting the polymeric flooring used for contamination control in the pharmaceutical/biotech, food, and semiconductor industries. Now, contamination control specialists can cut cleaning time by up to 50% with Nilfisk-Advance America's recently introduced SS Spray Cleaner Vac. This advanced cleaning system enables personnel to perform two key cleaning functions with one machine, simultaneously applying and recovering a variety of solutions for increased efficiency and productivity.
In addition to its dual cleaning functionality, the SS Spray Cleaner Vac's complex, graduated filtration system is designed to safeguard product purity. Its multi-grade filtration method ensures that up to 99.999 % of all ultra-fine particles - both toxic and nuisance - are retained, down to and including 0.12 microns in size. Using a series of progressively finer filters, the system captures increasingly smaller particles as they move through the vacuum, then exhausts pure air back into the cleanroom environment.
