Equilibar Now Offers High Flow Vacuum Regulators
Equilibar is expanding its proven precision vacuum pressure regulator line for vacuum applications which require high flow rates. Accurately controlling vacuum in large line sizes and at high flow rates is very challenging. Most solutions industry has been saddled with to date use a proportional flow control valve, a vacuum pressure sensor, and a PID for closed loop control. Tuning and maintenance can be problematic. The Equilibar Vacuum Regulator (EVR) series is a true pressure regulator. This means the vacuum level stays where you have set it regardless of swings in system flow rate. The EVR series is a precision regulator with high sensitivity and resolution. Vacuum, vacuum through positive pressure, and absolute pressure calibrations are available. The EVR vacuum regulators are available in line sizes from 1/8 inch through 4 inch body sizes. The technology is readily scalable to larger sizes and higher flow rates should industial demands require that.
