MS4525/MS4525DO Vacuum Series
Press release date: January 31, 2013
For the analog version (MS4525), full vacuum output is 4.5 Vdc while zero vacuum output is 0.5 Vdc. The digital version (MS4525DO) at full vacuum has an output of 14,746 cts while at zero vacuum has an output of 666 cts. Both models have an accuracy of ±0.25 %span and a TEB (Total Error Band) of ±1.0 %span. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +105°C and a temperature accuracy of 1.5°C, the MS4525 and MS4525DO feature an output pressure resolution of 14 bits and an output temperature resolution of 11 bits making it the ideal sensor for many vacuum applications.
MEAS has released 3 application notes to accompany this product: MS45xx Series Application Note, Interfacing to MEAS Digital Pressure Modules and Configuration, POR and Power Consumption.
