Universal Epoxy For All Types Of Connectors



Fiber Optic Center introduces -AngstromBond AB9320. This two part, blue epoxy is a low stress adhesive that will not cause fiber core cracking or fiber pistoning. It was specially designed for terminating multimode and multi fiber connectors, but is also an excellent choice for single mode and other specialty connectors. This unique heat cured product has a 90 minute working time, more than twice as long as the standard adhesives used for multimode terminations.

Angstrombond AB9320 is a low viscosity system which can be cured as quickly as 10 minutes at 100°C. It produces a glass transition temperature of over 120°C, and a very high bond strength to glass ceramic, metals, and most plastics which allows it to pass the most stringent specifications for both single and multimode terminations.
