LOCTITE INTRODUCES ZETA® 7411 BENCHTOP UV CURE SYSTEM

Loctite Corporation has introduced a new benchtop ultraviolet (UV) flood system designed for batch and confined bond line light cure applications.

The Loctite® ZETA® 7411 is a medium intensity, modular light cure system designed to cure UV curing adhesives on various sized parts. The metal halide lamp system irradiates medium power UVA and UVB ultraviolet light in a typical cure area of 8 inches square. The lamp contains a glass filter to reduce short and medium wavelength lamp emissions. Lamp height is adjustable to a maximum of 11 % inches from the silicone rubber pad on the work surface. The ZETA® 7411 can be pedestal mounted to the control unit (as shown) or detached from the lamp base assembly for mounting over existing material handling systems. The unit also features an hour meter for monitoring lamp life.
