Stoelting/Lewis' WRD Ultrasonic Cleaners offer high performance and reliability in an efficient space saving cabinet. Powerful ultrasonic batch cleaning, rinsing, and drying are accomplished in one ruggedly constructed unit. The three-tank configuration offers a selectable spray/immersion rinse. Additional stages, such as two or more rinses, are optionally available. The more compact two-tank model combines the manual rinse and dry functions in a single tank. Electronic Grade "A" nickel, silver brazed to a heavy, up to ¼" thick, type 316L stainless steel radiating diaphragm (tank bottom). Coils are wound with a high temperature magnet wire. The entire transducer assembly including the diaphragm carries an unconditional 10-year warranty against failure.
