Cleveland Vibrator Company's New FDA and USDA Compliant Turbomite CVT-P-22 Designed for More Force, Lower Noise



Cleveland, Ohio - The Cleveland Vibrator Co. has expanded its comprehensive line of acetal body (CVT-P-10) and the stainless steel (CVT-S-10) miniature turbine vibrators with the new Turbomite CVT-P-22 Acetal Body Mini Turbine Vibrator. Although compact in size with a 2.25-inch base (57.15mm), the new CVT-P-22 Mini Turbine Vibrator delivers twice the force outputs of other miniature models above 50 PSI. Constructed with an acetal plastic and stainless steel exterior parts with laser etching, the CVT-P-22 is ideal for cleanroom environments and is FDA and USDA complaint for food applications.

The CVT-P-22 vibrator boasts permanently lubricated bearings, and operates from 10 PSI to 100 PSI. At 80 PSI, the product generates 18,000 vibrations per minute with a force output of 55.2 lbf (Pounds of Force) and air consumption at 2.0 cubic feet per minute (55.4 liters per minute).

The product has a two-bolt body style and is easily controlled with a simple hand valve or two-way solenoid valve and a regulator.

The CVT-P-2 comes complete with stainless steel mounting bolts, muffler and nickel plated brass push-on inlet fitting that accepts a quarter-inch OD tube.
