New Trash Handling/Sorting Grapple from Northshore Manufacturing, Inc.
Two Harbors, MNÂ – Northshore Manufacturing has just introduced two new, Builtrite branded, Trash Handling / Sorting Grapples. These grapples incorporate several distinct improvements over the previous versions, including the addition of heavy duty cylinder shrouds and abrasion resistant, bolt on wear bars on the grapple edges. These grapples are extremely versatile, capable of handling both bulky items and the ability to pick and place single items with ease. It can be found in a wide variety of applications, including:
1 Waste Transfer Stations - Used to sort, load and tamp Municipal Solid Waste.
2 Construction & Demolition Debris Recycling Yards - Used to sort a wide variety of materials and to load shredders, hopper, conveyors, etc.
3 Wood Recycling Yards - to load brush, logs, lumber, etc. into chippers...equal adept in handling the large and the finished, chipped product.
4 Light Demolition Work - Excellent for demolishing wood and brick structures such as houses/small office buildings.
5 Road Side Maintenance/Pick-Up - Works well on wheeled excavators for storm debris pick up and ditch clean out.
