Eurocom Launches 19.1� UltraHD Tornado F9 Super High Performance Mobile Supercomputer Super Laptop Supporting Dual AMD Ryzen 7 Series Desktop Processors with Dual SLI NVIDIA GeForce 1090 Ti MXM 3.1, or AMD Radeon RX 580 Desktop Graphics, 8 SODIMM, 6 NVM

Eurocom is launching the most powerful laptop ever created. The 19.1” EUROCOM Tornado F9 is fully configurable and can support dual AMD Ryzen 7 series processors, dual SLI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1090 Ti with 16GB GDDR5X VRAM or AMD Radeon RX 490 dual CrossFireX desktop graphics setup, eight memory slots for up to 128 GB DDR4 memory and six M.2 NVMe solid-state drives.

To provide adequate power to the EUROCOM Tornado F9 a dual 780 W AC/DC Adapter solution was developed for a total of total of 1560 W.

AMD Ryzen Processor

The EUROCOM Tornado F9 is based on the socket AM4 platform which enables the laptop to support two AMD Ryzen 7 series processors with 8 cores and 16 threads, 16 MB L3 cache and running at up to 4.0GHz turbo.

• Ryzen 7 1700X - 8C/16T, 16MB L3, 95W TDP, 3.4GHz base - 3.8GHz turbo
• Ryzen 7 1700 - 8C/16T, 16MB L3, 65W TDP, 3.0GHz base - 3.7GHz turbo

Graphics

The EUROCOM Tornado F9 is the first laptop created to support four graphics cards. An innovative dual SLI/CrossFireX setup was developed, along with a high-performance copper-based thermal solution to effectively manage the temperatures of each graphics card. Up to four NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1090 Ti graphics cards are supported with 16GB GDDR5X VRAM per card.

Memory

The EUROCOM Tornado F9 supports 8 DDR4 memory modules that are easily accessible for users to upgrade or configure the perfect memory setup for their needs. The memory is highly overclockable and can be pushed well above 5000 Mhz. A total of 128GB of memory is supported via the eight memory slots with 16GB modules per slot.

Two Intel Optane memory modules are supported and capable of running in RAID 0 with expansion up to 256 GB.

Storage

An unprecedented six M.2 NVMe solid-state drives are supported due to the multitude of PCIe lanes brought forward by the new AMD architecture. M.2 storage solutions provide a perfect complement to the unbelievably high-performance nature of the EUROCOM Tornado F9 Super High Performance Mobile Supercomputer Super Laptop. Hardware RAID options are obviously expanded with the optional six drive configuration to RAID 0/1/5/6/0+1/1+0/JBOD RAID N+N.
