New 10 Ton Toggle Press From Toggle-Aire
Joraco, Incorporated's TOGGLE-AIRE Division proudly announces production of the Model 2530BEM, 10 Ton Pneumatic Toggle Press for 2002. The Model 2530BEM is a fully pneumatic toggle action press designed for use in both single stroke and automated applications. As a single stroke press it utilizes TOGGLE-AIRE'S Synchro-Sig Series Two Hand Actuators along with the BEM Valving System to create a smooth, powerful, shockless squeeze which doesn't rely on impact to develop the rated tonnage. This compact, bench top press is powered by a 3 7/8" diameter tandem cylinder coupled to the lever/toggle linkage to generate over 10 Tons of force with a relatively small amount of air. As with all TOGGLE-AIRE presses, the Model 2530BEM operates with a repeatability of plus or minus .001". It can be cycled up to 80 strokes per minute at the full 1.5" stroke with faster cycle times available on presses with shorter than standard strokes.
The precision ground square ram eliminates the need for tool guidance in many applications and the large 8" X 10" platen provides ample tool capacity. Other features include an extremely rugged, precisely fabricated mainframe, replaceable Bronze/PTFE bushings throughout the entire linkage, and a One Shot Lube System. This press makes an ideal replacement for older, flywheel type presses and is far simpler to operate and maintain. Optional control systems are also available.
The Model 2530BEM is the newest addition to TOGGLE-AIRE'S line of pneumatic toggle presses and rotary indexing machines which includes models from 1/2 Ton to 10 Ton, as well as press stands and die sets for small presses. All presses are available tooled or untooled, as components,or as turnkey systems.
