Parker Upgrades, Expands Thread ID Kit

COLUMBUS, Ohio-Parker Hannifin Corporation has launched a newly expanded Thread Identification Kit (MIK-1/4403-B1) for identifying metric, BSP, SAE and NPT threads and end types found on hydraulic fittings worldwide.
The new kit-a combination of kits previously offered by the company's Tube Fittings and Hose Products divisions-includes step-by-step instructions for identifying thread pitch, size and type, as well as the tube and port end connection style.
Thread Identification Kit Components: * 16 thread pitch steel gauges (four each of metric, BSPP/BSPT, UN/UNF, NPT) * Calipers for measuring up to 3" * Thread profiles for NPT and BSPP/BSPT threads * Nose angle indicators to identify flare, cone and seat angles on the end of fittings * Comprehensive instruction booklet * 5 V2" x 4" vinyl carrying case for convenient storage and access to all components
In addition to the Thread Identification Kit, Parker also offers portboards for identification of ISO, SAE, BSP and NPT ports and port threads, as well as the International Thread Kit (ITK) for identifying metric and BSPP female tube and hose connections.
