Alberox Products Division of Morgan Advanced Ceramics Offers Thermocouple Housings for Aerospace Industry

Robust Design and Thermal Shock Resistance Ideal for Aircraft Engine Applications

The Alberox Products Division of Morgan Advanced Ceramics (MAC), a leading manufacturer of innovative ceramic, glass, metal, and engineered coating solutions, offers thermocouple housings for aircraft engine applications in the aerospace industry. Featuring a robust, stable and durable design, thermocouple housings are resistant to vibration and mechanical shock failure; making them ideal for aircraft engine applications. Manufactured using high temperature braze materials, all the thermocouple housings are 100% leak-tested with helium, ensuring reliability and exceptional hermeticity.

Thermocouple housings are constructed from a variety of metal components and high purity Alumina (Al203) ceramic. The corrosion resistant materials and Alberox Product's advanced manufacturing processes allow the thermocouple housings to handle the most extreme conditions and maintain hermeticity in a variety of harsh environments including high and low cryogenic temperature, corrosive, high pressure and high vacuum.

Offering design flexibility, easily welded 300 series SST housings are provided for broader component applications and single, dual or multiple terminals are available in a variety of thermocouple materials. With minimal tooling costs, the ceramic-to-metal design allows for cost-competitive manufacturing.
