A.W.T. World Trade's Super Turbo "G"(TM) Series of Expandable Gas Textile Dryers: Designed with Even Heat Distribution and Cost-Saving Safety Features

CHICAGO, IL USA - A.W.T. WORLD TRADE, Inc., a division of The A.W.T. World Trade Group and a global manufacturer of screen printing equipment and supplies, has designed the Super Turbo "G" Series of Modular Gas Textile Dryers for cost-effective textile production providing thorough, even heat distribution.

All solvent and water-based textile inks are cure-dried in the Super Turbo "G" at speeds up to 110 dozen pieces per hour. The unique design of this dryer has an optional preheat Quartz tube chamber where the correct curing temperature of inks is quickly obtained. The second section uses jet-air knives and hot air to fully cure the textile ink while removing evaporates through the exhaust system. Heights of the preheat system panels inside the chamber are adjustable. Textile production runs smoothly through the Super Turbo "G" carefully curing both plastisol and water-based inks with excellent results.

Temperatures for the quartz tubes can be set independently of the jet air. If airflow becomes restricted the heating system shuts down automatically and a safety alarm sounds. This safety feature keeps the blowers operating, preventing problems from scorching and blower burnout. The fully modular construction makes expansion easy by simply adding heating or conveyor sections. Additional infeed lengths are also available.

Super Turbo "G" models are available in three conveyor widths 48" (122 cm), 60" (152 cm) and 72" (183 cm). Additional quartz preheat tubes, conveyor and extra heating chambers are also available.
