A full line of spirally cut expandable Teflon cable wrap and chafe guard that bundles and protects cables and hoses in harsh environments is available from M.M. Newman Corporation of Marblehead, Massachusetts.
Heli-Tube® Spirally Cut Teflon® Cable Wrap and Chafe Guard applies like tape, without tools, to bundle and protect cables and hoses in environments where harsh chemicals, acids, and wide temperature extremes are present. Chemically inert and non-flammable, this expandable wrap will not produce toxic byproducts if exposed to fire and operates from -450 F to +450 deg F.
Available in sizes from 1/16" to 1-1/2" O.D., Heli-Tube® Spirally Cut Teflon® Cable Wrap and Chafe Guard can fit around bundles up to 10" dia and permit breakouts in any orientation, providing a way to simultaneously organize and protect all types of cables and hoses. It is UL recognized and meets MIL-I-22129C, P-22296B, and MIL-T-4728A Type 1 specs.
