Tank Farm Inventory Monitoring System
This new Tank Farm Level System offers central monitoring of up to 32 tanks. Windows(TM) TFS Tank Farm Supervisor software allows Operators to supervise tank fills and discharges and monitor tank farm inventory from one central location. Tank levels and Control Relay status are continuously displayed, both at each tank and at the monitoring PC. Daily or work shift inventory logging can be completely automated with individual tank levels data logged at programmable intervals on the PC's disk drive.
One Greyline TFT32 Transmitter (with built-in digital display and control relay) is installed at each tank along with a non-contacting ultrasonic sensor or pressure sensor (or any 4-20mA level sensor). Simple, multidrop wiring is run from transmitter to transmitter and then to the PC computer. The PC software function is supervisory only - the individual TFT32 Transmitters, displays and control relays continue to function even without PC connection or software running.
