Compact connectPower CP-SNT 55W requires 2 1/4 in. of TS 35 DIN-rail. Models are available in four versions: 24 to 28 Vdc at 2.3 A; 5 Vdc at 3 A; 12 to 15 Vdc at 3.0 A; and 48 Vdc at 1.04 A. All have adjustable outputs, metal housings, inputs of 85 to 265 Vac or 120 to 300 Vdc, overcurrent shutdown with automatic restart, thermal shutdown, and approvals including UL 508 listing, CE, and CSA. The 24 Vdc/2.3A version has been approved for use in hazardous areas.

More CP-SNT 55W Switchmode Power Supplies Join Weidmuller's connectPower Family


CHICAGO (March 18, 2002) - The newest members of Weidmuller, Inc.'s connectPower family of power supplies, variants of CP-SNT 55W switchmode power supplies feature very compact packaging, making them well suited for both new installations and retrofits to existing control cabinets.

Designed for a wide range of industrial and process automation applications, the CP-SNT 55W requires only 2 1/4 inches (57 mm) of TS 35 DIN-rail. The newest additions are offered in three variants to go along with the existing 24 - 28 Vdc/2.3A model:

5 VDC at 3 A
12- 15 VDC at 3.0A
48 VDC at 1.04 A

The CP-SNT 55W supplies feature adjustable outputs. Enclosed in rugged metal housings, these new power supplies also offer wide range voltage inputs of 85 to 265 Vac or 120 to 300 Vdc. Over current shutdown with automatic restart, and thermal shutdown are standard features.

All variants have international rating approvals including UL 508 listing, CE, and CSA. The 24 Vdc/2.3A version also has CSA Class 1 Div 2 approvals for use in hazardous areas.
