Roll Raptor(TM) - A Self-Contained Suspended Roll Shipper
The new steel Roll Raptor™ will easily suspend any rolled material horizontally between adjustable end panels. The open top, vertical loading, hinged end panels fold onto the deck for storage. The hinged panels slide 10"/ roll end, allowing for 20" roll width variances. Optional core cradle adapter can accept changes up to 4" in support core diameters.
Durable foam pads are available to be mounted to the inside end panels, to protect the rolled material. Integrated stacking of empty units’ return 7/ stack in a trailer, and loaded Roll Raptors™ will safely stack on mixed roll widths, ideal for maximizing trailer loading. 2 polyester straps are applied horizontally and 2 vertically to capture the end panels tight to the roll end. The vertical straps are easy to feed on the exposed surface of the deck.
The Roll Raptor™ is sized to the specifications of the end users. Custom designs are configured with Solid Works and validation for the design is made with computer stress test analysis. Laser cut components and certified welding procedures assure the high quality of the design is carried into the finished Roll Raptor™. All designs, manufacturing and sourcing of materials are from the USA.
