New Surface Mount LEDs
Aliso Viejo, California - AZ Displays, Inc. is continuing to expand their surface mount LED product line.
LEDopto, a division of AZ Displays, Inc., now offers a complete line of Surface Mount Device (SMD) LEDs to fit a variety of design needs. Popular design configurations include the industry standard 1206, 0805 and 0603 footprint sizes.
New solutions offered include a right-angle mount LED (L-110 series), a reverse-mount LED (L-193 series) and special dome-lens LED (L-650 series).
-The right-angle mount LED is useful for those designers looking to channel the light output off to the side, for example, in an edgelighting LED design.
-The Reverse-mount LEDs offer the user a low profile design since the LED can be mounted on the bottom side of the PCB. This may be useful in the backlighting of certain pushbuttons or other features where clearance becomes an issue.
-The dome-lens LED draws its strength from using a special rounded surface lens as well as the most cutting edge die materials. The result is a high brightness LED offered in the newest colors of Super Blue (470mm), Super Green (525) and White.
