Backed by New Pig’s Lifetime Warranty, the cabinet’s fully MIG-welded 14- and 18-gauge steel construction is built to survive decades of continuous industrial use. Ribbed, polyethylene liners for shelves help keep containers out of contact with spilled liquids and resist pesticides and corrosive chemicals. 14-gauge steel door faces are 56% thicker than competing cabinets and a three-point zinc latch ensures fail-safe, non-sparking door closure.
The Cabinets also feature 4" bullet hinges with self-lubricating, fully enclosed brass pins and full-width, welded shelf hangers for maximum support and increased sidewall thickness. Self-closing doors with gas springs offer smooth, maintenance-free operation. A 2" leak-proof sump in the base of the cabinet contains leaks, drips and spills.
