Colorado Springs, CO - Photo Stencil, a leading full-service provider of high-performance stencils and tooling, introduces a new stencil technology that brings to market the best of NicAlloy(TM) and electroform stencils. The NicAlloy-XT(TM) will be featured at IPC APEX EXPO 2011 booth #2525. Photo Stencil's wide range of products, including patented AMTX E-FAB® electroformed, high-performance, proprietary NicAlloy laser-cut, and chemetch stencils; thick film and metal mask screens, and squeegee blades, also will be displayed. IPC APEX EXPO is being held at the Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, NV, from April 12-14, 2011.
"Photo Stencil has stuck to its core business for 32 years and has been on the forefront in developing innovative technologies and products," said Neil MacRaild, CEO and president, Photo Stencil. "Once again we are fulfilling our mission of being first and best with our new NicAlloy-XT product. This product bridges the gap between traditional laser cut stencils and higher-end electroform stencils. Photo Stencil has access to the most advanced tools and experienced set of printing experts in the industry. Our experts will be available at our APEX booth to discuss stencil questions and challenges."
The NicAlloy-XT stencil meets challenging aspect ratios down to .46. It incorporates Photo Stencil's proprietary NiPlate(TM) process ensuring ultra-smooth aperture walls and offering superior paste release and improved under screen clean performance. Unique manufacturing processes produce uniform stencil thickness, and with NanoCoat(TM) as standard, it delivers the highest quality print deposit. The new NicAlloy-XT is more cost-effective than electroform stencils, yet provides higher performance and quality than traditional laser cut stencils.
