Larson Electronics Fabricates Tree Guard for Spotlights

Larson Electronics, a leading industrial lighting company, has announced the release of a steel fabricated light guard designed to protect roof mounted spotlights from heavy impacts of tree branches and other low lying obstructions.

The GL-XXXX-GUARD light guard from Larson Electronics is a CNC precision machined steel guard designed to protect roof mounted spotlights from limbs and other low lying obstructions that could otherwise cause damage to a light. This guard also works well with lighting equipment that is mounted on a boat or an ATV. The mesh design of the tree guard allows light to penetrate the unit without diminishing the quality of light output. The 1/8” steel frame is powder coated with a black or white finish and is predrilled with holes to work with the Golight Stryker and the Golight Radioray.

“Many times we receive calls from customer’s stating that a tree branch knocked their light off the top of their vehicle,” said Rob Bresnahan, CEO of Larson Electronics. “We fabricated this tree guard in an effort to protect our customer’s investment.”
