New Spring Balancer
Increases Efficiency, Comfort of Tool Operator
CLEVELAND, OH-May 19, 2006- ASG, a division of Jergens Inc., has announced a new spring balancer for use with assembly tools. The balancer allows the tool operator full access to the work area without tool interference. It will retract completely or can be easily adjusted to retract a tool partially to suit the operator.
The ASG spring balancer helps reduce operator fatigue and improve efficiency by keeping tools at an ergonomic height. Additionally, it will reduce the chance of workpiece damage by keeping the tool away when not being used. The ASG spring balancer is ruggedly constructed and has been tested to 950,000 cycles.
Two sizes are available: 1-3 lb. weight capacity or 3-6 lb. capacity. Cord length is 55".
