Silica SealTight(TM) sleeves, nuts, and ferrules solve problem of connecting capillary tubing to standard 10-32 coned ports intended for 1/16 in. OD tubing. Teflon® FEP sleeves plus PEEK(TM) NanoTight(TM) nuts, and Tefzel® ferrules provide sealing and can be finger tightened to hold 5,000 psi. Twelve color-coded IDs accommodate capillary ODs from 70 µm to 1 mm.

Silica SealTight(TM) Sleeves and Kits
Upchurch Scientific's recently expanded/upgraded Silica SealTight system of sleeves, nuts and ferrules solves the problem of connecting capillary tubing to standard 10-32 coned ports intended for 1/16" OD tubing. Our Teflon® FEP sleeves plus PEEK(TM) NanoTight(TM) nuts and Tefzel® ferrules offer excellent sealing and can be finger tightened to hold 5,000 psi (345 bar). The 12 color-coded IDs accommodate capillary ODs from 70µm to 1mm.
