New Ergonomic Side Tilting Cab Improves Truck Serviceablility And Comfort
Greenville, N.C. - (December 5, 2001) - Comfor-Cab II, a new ergonomically-designed, side-tilt cab from Hyster Company, significantly improves the serviceability of H170-360H1D heavy-duty lift trucks by pivoting to the right - enabling instant operator access to the engine, transmission and service check points.
This cab design is ergonomically advantageous for operators, with a full suspension adjustable contoured seat, multi-position tilt and telescoping steer column and MONOTROL® pedal, in
addition to a neat, uncluttered floor allowing more foot room. Comfor-Cab II also supports the mounting of an optional air conditioning condenser.
The new console is equipped with advanced instrumentation including 16 indicator lights, five gauges and dual function LCD. These features provide peace of mind, with an extremely
accurate reading of how the truck is performing.

Available through the Hyster Company Authorized Dealer Network, the H170-360HD truck with Comfor-Cab II handles capacities between 17,000 and 36,000 pounds and comes equipped with
hydrostatic steer axles and optional steel-belted tubeless Michelin tires for added durability and an extended service-life.
