Richardson RFPD Announces Availability of Two 1 kV SiC MOSFETs from Wolfspeed
Available in TO-263-7L surface mount package with separate Kelvin connection, for efficient operation at high frequencies
Richardson RFPD, Inc. announced today the availability from stock and full design support capabilities for two silicon carbide power MOSFETs from Wolfspeed, a Cree Company.
The C3M0065100J (65mOhm) and C3M0120100J (120 mOhm) MOSFETs are additions to Wolfspeed’s family of 1 kV MOSFETs featuring its C3M™ technology and N-channel enhancement mode. The MOSFETs are available in TO-263-7L (seven-lead) surface mount packages that includes a Kelvin-source pin to help minimize gate-ringing and reduce system losses.
The new devices are versatile for a range of applications, including renewable energy, EV battery charging, HV DC/DC converters, and switch mode power supplies.
