EVERETT, Wash. - Fluke Corporation, a leading supplier of test and measurement equipment, introduces the Priority Gold CarePlan, a comprehensive calibration and support plan that minimizes downtime by ensuring laboratory class calibrators receive regularly scheduled service and priority handling. It is the only plan available that covers products past their factory warranty.
The Priority Gold CarePlan includes one annual calibration with a guaranteed three-day in-house turnaround, automatic calibration-due notification, free repairs, pre-paid priority second day freight on return of the instrument, special Priority Gold member assistance via phone (US) or Web site (Europe), free preventive maintenance and product updates, and discounts on product enhancements and training. Plans are available for calibrators up to seven years old with no pre-inspection required to join. One-, three- and five-year plans are available.
