January 29, 2010 - KISS Selective Soldering machines are offered with N2 Spot Pre-Heater, which allows focus and control of superheated nitrogen on small, user-defined area of electronics assembly. Preheater controls, in conjunction with nozzle and nitrogen cap design, allows user to program delivery of right amount of nitrogen, with proper profile, through nozzle before solder can begin to flow. It also offers proportionate control of parameters such as ramp-to-temperature, volume of flow, and dwell time.
