Low-Cost Sealant Dispenser Applies Uniform Beads without Waste, Mess or Hand Fatigue
East Providence, RI USA -- The new Ultra(TM) 870 Dispensing System is an economical way to apply neat, controlled beads of sealants, silicones, brazing pastes and other thick assembly fluids without waste, mess or hand fatigue.
This compact system uses controlled air pressure to apply thick materials neater and easier than squeeze bottles, caulking guns and other manual applicators.
The air-powered 870 System connects to a compressed air source and uses a precision 0-100 psi pressure regulator to apply materials of different viscosities at a steady, controlled rate.
Fluid is contained in a disposable syringe barrel connected to the dispensing unit by a flexible air line. To apply a uniform bead the user holds the barrel like a pen, places the tip in position, and starts and stops the dispensing cycle with the foot pedal. An adjustable vacuum control prevents oozing between applications.
Each 870 Dispensing System includes a supply of high-quality syringe barrels, pistons and dispense tips matched to the user's specific application.
