Valve Box Key Features:
o 24 VDC solenoid valves
o Vacuum ejectors & valves
o Air regulator, used to achieve maximum Vacuum levels
o Vacuum check valve, keeps the parts secured, in cases of temporary loss of power or air.
o 24 VDC vacuum confirmation switches, for part detection.
o Vacuum blow-off solenoid valves, both controls the check valves and blows compressed air through the vacuum cups to release part quicker.
o Extra wiring terminals, allow EOAT sensors to be wired through the Valve Box to the Robot.
o Smart junction boards, used for robotic interfacing and effective troubleshooting. Includes LEDs to monitor I/O's and power supply.
