WILLOUGHBY, OHIO - August 2004 - T.C. Service Company has introduced a new Top Cat ® right-angle Sander/Grinder offering power and precision into the tightest work spaces. Designated the 4101 RA Series, this tool delivers power from a new generation 1.2 hp motor through a right-angle head smaller in diameter than a U.S. Dime. Where size and access are critical, this tool delivers a reliable performance at 12,000 to 15,000 R.P.M. on an air consumption of 30 cfm. Currently, the longest tool in the series is less than 10.5 in. (266.7 mm) in length with a body diameter of merely 1.5 in. (38.1 mm). Available in a steel version, 2.8 lbs (1.3 Kg), or with an aluminum case material, 2.3 lbs (1.0 Kg), the 4101 RA has been proven in the field for OEM finishing and refinishing/revitalizing of turbine blades and other metal removal and cleaning applications. Exhaust configurations of front and side are standard, with rear exhaust optional. A safety lever is also an optional accessory.
