NEW QL 5000 Pro – Retractable Reel
Engineered for industrial use or less strenuous applications, Quail Electronics, Inc. is thrilled to announce the launch of our NEW ultimate, most reliable, longlasting Retractable Reel; also known as the QL 5000 Pro.
Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, with overhead mounting options, it is constructed in a compact steel housing unit, following a durable powdercoat with an attractive black glossy finish.
When fully retracted, the cord features a 5-way splitter with a cord-grip. Once retracted, you can latch the cord-grip onto any part of the cord to hold the desired length in place.
The splitter features (5) clear Q-Lock™ locking receptacles, with LED power lights for convenience. Once you plug the 3’ static leg into a power source, the LEDs light up, reassuring that they are actively receiving electricity. This allows you to check for connectivity simply by sight, especially if the reel is placed in a darker room.
The QL 5000 Pro comes with a 21’ 14/3 SJTW cord, with UL and CUL approvals. The static end features 3’ of cord with a standard NEMA 5-15P (15A/125V) plug.
This lightweight reel is 3 inches in height, with the diameter being at 9.25 inches. With a high tension lock and release mechanism, the reel has an adjustable locking ratchet that secures the cord at desired length and with just a light tug, the cord releases back into the reel. The reel also provides 2 mounting options: 1.) – A hook for hanging, and 2.) - A wall or ceiling mounting bracket.
