Ross Offers Pressurized Dual Shaft Mixer



Charles Ross & Son Company today announced the availability of the Laboratory Dual Shaft Mixer designed for operation to 15-psig internal pressure.

The new model is completely enclosed. All components are shrouded for safety and to enhance the overall look of the unit. Included as standard features are many components that were once offered as optional features:

o Reverse vertical lift to raise mix can to mixing position

o Self contained control panel, including a single point hook-up

o Variable speed controls and inverter duty motors

o Dual handed raise and lower controls

o Sight/Charge ports in Vacuum cover

o Jacketed mix can with discharge valve

o Thermocouple in side of mix can

This model is also available with a new range of optional features including sanitary designs, special benches and vacuum. This mixer is designed to mix a wide variety of products requiring a combination of low-speed and high-speed agitation for medium-high viscosity products up to approx. one million centipoise.

Dual Shaft Mixers are manufactured from 1-2000 gallon capacity and are available for testing and trial rentals prior to purchase.
