Pressure Gauges offer optional indicating transmitter.

Press Release Summary:

Utilizing convoluted elastomer diaphragm to separate high and low pressures, Models 140-142 are available with loop-powered, 8-28 Vdc, 2-wire, 4-20 mA transmitter. Differential pressure ranges from 0-20 in. H2O to 0-100 psid with accuracy of ±2% from 20-100% FS. Gauge fronts are corrosion-resistant plastic, and pressure containing elements are available in aluminum, brass, or 316 SS. Safe working pressure is 3,000 psig for aluminum and 316 SS and 1,500 psig for brass.

Original Press Release:

Mid-West Instrument Introduces 4-20mA Indicating Transmitter for Models 140-142

The new Models 140-142 provide a simple, low cost Loop Powered 8-28 Vdc two wire 4-20mA Transmitter for a variety of applications. The transmitter and its terminal strip is housed in an aluminum housing with ½" NPT wire access for easy access for field wiring. Accuracy is ±2% from 20% to 100% of full scale. Indicator accuracy is also ±2% full scale and is independent of the transmitter output.

This design provides total separation of high and low pressures by a convoluted elastomer diaphragm. The units are available with pressure containing elements of aluminum, brass or 316 S.S. Safe working pressure for aluminum and 316 S.S. is 3000 PSIG and for brass it's 1500 PSIG. Full over-range protection is provided to full Safe Working Pressure. Differential Pressure ranges from 0-20 in. H20 to 0-100 PSID (0-50 mbar to 0-7 bar) Gauge fronts are of reinforced, engineered plastics to eliminate corrosion.

Benefits:
Indicating Transmitter is an option on all new, 140-142 Models
Easy Field Wiring
Total separation of high and low pressure
Full Over-Range Protection
Corrosion Resistant Gauge Fronts
