New Compact Powder Coating Paint System
Infratrol Mfg. Corp. has delveloped the "ecoflex" powder coating paint system. A compact, energy efficient, low environmental impact powder coating paint system designed for the powder coating of small parts. There are four standard sizes with the smallest requiring only 700 sq.ft. of floor space. The system is all elelctric and the energy cost to operate the entire system is approximatley $3.00 per hour. The system generates no sludge or hazardous waste, no hazardous air pollutants, no ozone depleting substances and requires no drains.
A complete "ecoflex" powder coating system is operational at our facility in New Berlin, Wisconsin to demonstrate the system capabilities.
