The Portable Straightening Press is fast, efficient and simple to operate. The Portable Straightening Press is a lightweight system for aligning round and rectangular profiles as they are used for wrought iron railings, doors and gates. The system is made of heavy cast aluminum with hardened steel pins and weighs 28 pounds. The material to be aligned is placed between two counter supports and pressure rolled via a hand-lever. The support blocks allow for the adjustment of various sizes of materials. The system can withstand pressure up to five tons and is only 19 inches long and 12 inches tall.
