Portable Air Monitor includes downloading software.

Press Release Summary:

Microprocessor-based HAZ-DUST EPAM-5000, for environmental and indoor particulate monitoring, combines light-scattering dust monitoring with inline 37 mm filter cassette for concurrent gravimetric samples. It samples particles from 0.1 to 100 micrometers, using adjustable flow rate from 1.0 to 5.0 L/min, and reads particles from 0.001 to 20.0 mg/m3. Interchangeable size-selective sampling heads allow PM 1.0, PM 2.5, or PM 10 monitoring.

EPAM-5000 - Environmental Particulate Air Monitor with HazComm Software

SKC introduces HAZ-DUST EPAM-5000 Environmental Particulate Air, a portable microprocessor-based environmental and indoor particulate air monitor that combines a light-scattering dust monitoring with an inline 37 mm filter cassette for concurrent gravimetric samples. The highly sensitive and accurate monitor samples particles from 0.1 to 100 micrometer using the adjustable flow rate from 1.0 to 5.0 L/min. EPAM-5000 reads particles from 0.001 to 20.0 mg/m3 and offers immediate real-time display and data recordings of airborne particle concentration in milligrams per cubic meter. Interchangeable size-selective sampling heads allow PM 1.0, PM 2.5, or PM 10 monitoring. The included HazComm Software lets the user download
data from the EPAM-5000 to a PC and easily export data into spreadsheet programs for data manipulation and management-ready reports. The rechargeable lead-acid battery allows 24-hour
operation. Continuous monitoring is accomplished by using the AC adapter. The EPAM-5000 is housed in a portable, watertight, and temperature-compensated carry case for sampling in the field.
