Polish Boss Conforms To Shapes While Fitting Into Tight Spaces To Provide Extremely High Polished Surfaces
Sebastopol, CA - Created to make buffing and polishing easier, H.T. Mould, Inc. of Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada has recently released Polish Boss, the first of its kind to use an air-filled drum. The flexible rubber drum, inflated with any pump, enables the tool to conform to a wider variety of convex or concave shapes than other polishing tools. And because the air in the drum can absorb heat, it also extends the life of its belts. Polish Boss is particularly suited for motorcycles and cars, though it can be used in a variety of other applications.
Until now, polishing tools with a solid drum did not have the ability to reach all surface points easily. This was particularly troublesome for curved, hard-to-reach items like exhaust pipes and antique bumpers. Polish Boss solves that problem with an air-filled drum made of flexible rubber. Easily inflated with any bike pump, the drum provides "give" which allows the belt to conform to just about any surface. Curved areas and tight areas can now be polished more effectively.
Polish Boss also saves money for those working on bikes, cars, aircraft or marine vessels by extending the life of sleeves and belts. This tool transfers the generated heat to the air inside the drum, causing less overheating of the polishing compound and the surface itself. The sleeves last longer and performance is improved.
