Piston Jack Pump handles hazardous, viscous fluids.

Press Release Summary:

Trident positive displacement pump uses active recovery process that draws product from specified depth at user-specified rate and can be set at 0 to 11 gpm flow range. Its modular design has motor components separate from drive piston and cylinder. Constructed of delrin, stainless steel and fiberglass components, pump can operate either wet or dry. At 100 psig air pressure, it can pump 5 gpm water at 625 total dynamic head or generate up to 1,400 psig.

Blackhawk's Trident Pump Handles Tough Industrial Pumping Challenges

Glen Ellyn, IL - BLACKHAWK ENVIRONMENTAL COMPANY announces that the Trident Pump, their high performance, positive displacement piston jack pump, handles tough industrial pumping challenges and
produces solid results at peak efficiency levels. The Trident Pump is specially designed to pump hazardous, thick, viscous and hot industrial fluids. With shallow or deep recovery capabilities, the lightweight Trident Pump uses an active recovery process that draws product from a specified depth, at a specified rate and can be set at 0 to 11 US GPM flow range.

The Trident Pump features a unique modular design, with motor components separate from the drive piston and cylinder, that makes it easy to install, repair and service. The Trident's pneumatic drive motor resides outside of the well or tank being pumped and is mechanically driven from the surface.

Constructed of delrin, stainless steel and fiberglass components, the Trident Pump can operate either wet or
dry and features high efficiency, superior wear resistance, and constant pumping speeds. The Trident pumps fluids down to the bottom of the piston inlet, draws down to zero with constant controlled flow rates.

The Trident Pump can be installed vertically, horizontally or anywhere in between depending on the installation.

The Trident's mechanical driver produces a high efficiency flow rate. At 100 psig air pressure, it can pump 5 gpm water at 625 of total dynamic head or generate up to 1,400 psig. The Trident can be placed in situations where high total dynamic head or high back pressure conditions exist.
