With New Motorized Camera Elevator, ROVVER X(TM) Inspects Practically any Pipe

"ROVVER X embodies our belief that a single crawler should be able to inspect the vast majority of pipe sizes, materials and conditions out there," says Richard Lindner, President of Envirosight. Now with this new elevator, ROVVER can inspect any pipe 6-72 inches in diameter."
The elevator plugs directly into the crawler's camera port and secures in seconds with just two bolts-no clumsy wires or clamps. It is controlled directly from the ROVVER X pendant. The lift accepts the ROVVER X pan/tilt/zoom camera or the DigiSewer side-scanning camera, as well as any ROVVER X auxiliary lamp (including the lamp/rear-view camera combo unit).
The new camera elevator is made of aluminum and stainless steel. It is available August 1, and is compatible with all ROVVER X systems.

Its six-wheel drive with proportional steering navigates past obstacles, and overlapping wheels climb offsets better than tracks. Powerful motors and a geared drive train maximize range and pivot capability, even with carriage and 10" knobby tires installed.
