Zinc Oxide LLC Expands Pelletized Product Offerings
Dickson, TN--Zinc Oxide LLC has broadened the availability of pelletized zinc oxide product to six grades. Each is formulated for specific applications. The product is manufactured using ZnO's high efficiency drum style pelletizer at the Dickson, TN plant. Pellet size and density can be precisely controlled to match individual needs.Â
Pellets are freer flowing, allowing faster processing time and less dusting versus powdered zinc oxide. Pellet production capacity at Zinc Oxide LLC is in the 30 million range per annum. Samples and production volumes of zinc oxide pellets are available now.
Because of the drum style production method with multiple screens, additional binding agents or pinch rollers are not required. The pellet form is preferred in the rubber, tire, glass and chemical markets.
