Multi-purpose, semi-automatic batch/cell-type parts washer suits the need for aqueous cleaning single large parts up to 24" x 24" x 24" size range or multiple baskets of small parts. Fixturing accommodates 360-degree rotation for full coverage cleaning and compressed air blowoff. Up to 50 lbs. can be supported as standard. Heavier loads can also be handled with a simple factory modification.
This washer is engineered with semi-automatic features such as an automatic door for crane loading if necessary, and an automatic cycle start for when the door is closed. Process cycle times for wash, rinse and dry can be regulated via PLC controller. The system is designed with standard anti-tie down safety switches, and a rear mounted tank and control panel for a narrow footprint.
