Raritan Expands Partner Program to Reach More Solution Providers

- New 'Raritan Partner Advantage' program offers Solution Providers the advantages of buying from major distributors and having direct manufacturer support -

SOMERSET, N.J., July 23 - Raritan Inc. today announced the "Raritan Partner Advantage" program that offers more support to partners and encompasses a broader group of partners.

The new four-tier program adds two new levels - Channel Partner and Registered Solution Provider - to the existing Platinum and Gold Partnership levels of Raritan's channel program. The new levels are available to solution providers buying from Raritan's distribution partners Ingram Micro and Tech Data. Fully supported by Raritan's distributors, associated discounts can be passed on to a partner through either supplier.

Under the new program, approved members have direct access to Raritan's sales and marketing resources to help close opportunities - including local sales and pre-sales technical support, and face-to-face demo support for partners' end users. Even infrequent buyers of Raritan gear now have the ability to get direct and personal access to sales assistance, as well as marketing, advanced technical and general support.

The program also allows all partner levels to register deals more than $15,000 for margin protection via Raritan's newly revamped Deal Registration portal. In addition, partners can receive marketing assistance to help promote Raritan products and buy demo equipment at a substantial discount.

Earlier this year Raritan launched a new Partner Portal, giving partners a centralized place to obtain information and training, and manage marketing activities. The portal features a new on-line technical training tool, as well as a marketing project request tool.

In conjunction with these changes, Raritan has also expanded its marketing support for current partners by providing dedicated marketing contacts for Platinum and Gold Partners.

"The Raritan Partner Advantage Program reflects Raritan's strong commitment to the channel. For more than 20 years Raritan has been a successful channel-centric company by generating demand and proactively helping our partners grow their revenues with us," said Robert Schaffer, Senior Manager of Channel Management & Marketing at Raritan. "We believe that constantly finding new ways to make partners successful has led to our own success, and as a result we are constantly adding new features and resources to support partners. The need for a seamless program that serves all partners and provides them the resources to grow with Raritan is what inspired the expansion of our existing program."

According to Jami Miller of JEM Computers, Inc., "Raritan is very proactive in working with partners to create effective sales and marketing campaigns, building turnkey events - such as end-user sporting events - and offering quarterly promotion plans."
