Herkules - Use less Coagulant for Effective Waterborne Spray Gun Washer Flocculating Process
Press release date: July 25, 2011
Walled Lake, Michigan, - Herkules Equipment Corporation now offers a coagulant that effectively coagulates waterborne paint within a spray gun cleaning solution so shops can reduce and easily dispose of paint waste. Herkules' CoAgent, part number CA01, is in a powder form and needs only one 1 oz scoop to 5 gallons of dirty waterborne cleaning solution for effective separation, unlike other brands which require much more powder for effectiveness.
CoAgent quickly coagulates waterborne paint so the paint waste can be captured in filters for proper waste disposal. This flocculating process saves shops money by enabling the cleaning solution to be re-used after the paint waste is filtered out. Also, money is saved on waste disposal costs having less hazardous waste to dispose, less often.
CoAgent has been tested with every major paint brand with excellent results. Waterborne cleaning solutions can include water, distilled water, and packaged products offered by the major paint brand companies.
Herkules CoAgent is available in a 4.4 lb container, or in a 1 lb sample size container. The 1 oz scoop is included. CoAgent can be used with Herkules Waterborne Paint Gun Washer models G510, G520, and G550, or with any brand of waterborne paint gun washer offering a flocculating process.
