GlacialLight's New Outdoor Flood Lights Use CoB LEDs to Generates More Light From Less Power - GL-FL100

111 Lumen/Watt Performance through outstanding thermal design

Taipei, Taiwan — GlacialLight, the lighting division of GlacialTech Inc., announces a new flood light model – the GL-FL100. With an IP66 rating suitable for the outdoors, the GL-FL100 features a powerful 10,000 lumens CoB LED housed in a light and corrosion resistant aluminum body. By using smart thermal design including evaporative heat pipe technology, the GL-FL100 achieves 111lumen/W efficiency. A 70 degree beam angle, sturdy adjustable mounting bracket, and -40°C to +50°C operation makes the GL-FL100 a great fit for a variety of outdoor flood lighting applications.

Efficient Lighting

The GL-FL100 uses only 96W to output over 10,000 lumens of LED light. Using the latest proprietary heat pipe and heatsink technology to efficiently cool the Chip-on-Board LED, the new flood light is lighter than ever at only 4kg yet generates extremely high brightness for its weight and power usage.

Outdoor Ready

The GL-FL100 is 100% ready for the outdoors with an IP66 rated lighting assembly, an IP67 rated internal LED driver, and an IP68 rated waterproof power connector. The flood light mounting bracket is made of sturdy and corrosion-resistant stainless steel and the light is rated to operate from a wide temperature range from -40°C to +50°C.

Versatile

The GL-FL100 features GlacialLight’s trademark versatility with a mounting bracket that has 8 steps of adjustment to rotate 180 degrees along the vertical axis. The stepped adjustment design makes it easy to change the angle of the light yet will stay in place even if bumped. The flood light can be mounted on ground surfaces as security or architectural lighting. Its powerful 10,000 lumen performance means it also functions great as stadium or street lighting. Color temperatures from 3000K, 4000K and 5000K are available.
