Clever Accessory is Latest for TAB Wrapper Tornado Line of Orbital Wrappers
Orbital stretch-wrapping machines in the TAB Wrapper Tornado line from TAB Industries, LLC, Reading, Pa. (www.tabwrapper.com), feature a new, adjustable roping bar (optional) that enables the width of the plastic stretch film to be shortened to a desired width in seconds. Developed to automatically apply the film with a roping effect, the clever roping bar allows the film to be applied in a series of overlapping layers that delivers increased strength comparable to metal banding and increased puncture-resistance versus a single layer of stretch-wrapping.
The new roping bar is available as an option on the entire line of TAB Wrapper Tornado orbital stretch-wrappers. The patent-pending TAB Wrapper packaging machines automatically wrap plastic film 360 degrees around, under and over the top of a palletized load while it is raised on a forklift or fed by conveyor to secure the load to the pallet as a single, unitized load that keeps the product in place without shifting during transport. The TAB Wrapper Tornado line and roping bar are manufactured in the company's Reading, Pennsylvania headquarters and delivered fully assembled with a warranty ready to plug in and operate.
