Axiomtek's Leading OPS Signage Player Featuring 3rd Generation Intel® Core(TM) Processor - OPS870



Taipei, Taiwan - Axiomtek’s new OPS870 Open Pluggable Specification (OPS) compliant signage player is now available. It supports the new 22nm 3rd Generation Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 processors with Mobile Intel® QM77 Express chipset to give outstanding performance and superb graphics capability. Compliant with standard OPS architecture, the OPS870 enables digital signage manufacturers to deploy systems faster with lower costs and simplify the installation and maintenance. It supports an easy-to-change 8 GB DDR3 SO-DIMM memory and a pluggable 2.5” SATA HDD for operating system and storage. A PCI Express Mini Card slot is available for graphics-enhanced video card, wireless LAN card for 802.11 a/b/g/n and 3G/GPRS, and tuner/AV capture card. In addition, the signage module supports Intel® Active Management Technology 8.0 (iAMT) for optimal remote control management. The high-performance OPS870 is ideal for multi-display applications in shopping mall, corporate, education, hospitality, religious organization, bank, transportation, retail store, restaurant, performing art center and more.

The sterling OPS870 includes HDMI/DVI, DisplayPort, UART, audio, and USB 3.0 signals via the slot-in JAE 80-pin connector. It also has a HDMI, a 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet, and two USB 3.0 ports on module. A pluggable 2.5” SATA HDD tray and a PCI Express Mini Card slot are available for flexible storage and expansion option.
