Parker Balston® NitroVap Nitrogen Generators for Sample Concentrators / Sample Evaporators will Produce over 320 LPM of Pure Evaporation Grade Nitrogen.
Parker Hannifin Corporation, the global leader in motion and control technologies, has introduced the Parker Balston NitroVap-1LV and NitroVap-2LV Nitrogen Generators. These systems are non-electrical, miniature bench or wall mounted units which produce over 320 LPM or pure evaporation grade nitrogen. These unique systems require less than 1 square foot of bench space and can supply over 100 evaporator nozzle positions.
Nitrogen is produced by ulilizing a combination of filtration and membrane separation technologies. Existing laboratory compressed air utility is filtered by high efficiency coalescing filters which remove all contaminants down to 0.01 micron. Hollow fiber membranes then subsequently separate the clean air into a concentrated nitrogen stream and oxygen enriched permeate stream. The oxygen rich stream is vented from the system.
The user interface provides inlet compressed air control to eliminate compressed air consumption while the sample concentrator is not in use.
These systems are backed by a fully staffed sales and service organization and come with a standard one-year system warranty.
